Contracts Administrator

Due to our continued expansion and heavy workload, we are now looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team!

Type of work

  • Answering the phone

  • Dealing with key account customers to arrange repairs throughout the UK

  • Pricing of works – to agreed rates

  • General administration work

  • Booking/Hiring of plant

  • Keeping efficient records

  • Liaising with customer and installer queries in relation to work performed or planned

  • Liaising with customers (both written and verbally) with regards to engineer visits and dealing with any queries

  • Raising sales and purchase orders

  • Producing client financial and operation reports for national accounts, including monthly reports and meetings

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic

  • Submission of CV

  • Stable work history - references available

  • Working in the office
