Project Brief
SDE Group worked with the client during 2012 to help facilitate the refurbishment and fit out of their new trading hub in Leeds. The initial meetings took place mid-January with full design and budget costs agreed by early February.
End dates for completion where fixed and whilst costs where important, failure to deliver the facility by 1st June 2012 would have major supply chain issues for our client. During a six week window we carried out works as follows:

Full pallet racking installation

Design & build of exterior canopy

Laying of new concrete loading bay
